Am I to blame, or did the system let me down? Complications are complex and all surgeons experience them. However, there are positive steps that can be made to minimise and mitigate them. This talk will discuss common complications and personal experiences of a surgical team and how we manage them, reduce them and deal with the stresses when operating. Practical ways to reduce surgical
