The problem is that Set Boosters are not designed for Limited play

Gandalf the White is a five-mana White 4/5 with flash, which means you can cast it at any time you could cast an instant

The tapping requirement to deal damage to a spirit (not the most common creature type) isnt really relevant when you have to tap to attack anyway

I expect this to be remembered for a long time as a card that wins a ton of Limited games though, great rate for a flyer to begin with and then excellent card selection on top
