The first thing I noticed about all KMC sleeves is that they are bigsignificantly taller than Dragon Shields and other premium sleeves

Black and green are still able to do it, but do it very infrequently

Expect to see the prices for many of Prismatic Evolutions' best chase cards begin to rise above the benchmark set by Jolteon, as it's unlikely to rise above many of its counterparts anytime soon

Its an unfortunate piece of game design, though I cant immediate see what Hudson Soft couldve done to fix it other than give you a better deck out of the gate and / or implement consolation prizes, as this is arguably an issue with the TCG itself
