Dexter Gordon - Clubhouse - Tone Poet LP meta-done the album also includes "WorldAll Analog 180g Vinyl LP Blue Note Tone Poet Series, mastered by Kevin Gray from the original master tape and pressed at RTI. Recorded in 1965 during Dexter Gordon's golden Blue Note period but shelved until the late 1970s, Clubhouse teams the tenor giant with trumpeter Freddie Hubbard and a crack rhythm section of Barry Harris, Bob Cranshaw, and Billy Higgins. His reading of the Sinatra ballad "I'm a Fool to Want You" ranks among his finest. Produced
