The Cloudsea Djinn (Nyxbloom Ancient) I'd call this a fringe Commander staple, as big mana green decks love this massive enchantment creature for some extra ramp, and the Cloudsea Djinn art from the original Final Fantasy is icing on the cake

The Sapphire/Steel deck accelerates resources to cheat out big characters early, the Emerald/Ruby deck had lots of character removal and ways to steal Lore from the opponent, and the Amber/Amethyst deck had lots of card draw and could pull off many tricks and combos

Jumbled card scraps that look like they were pulled from a dumpster doesnt have the same ring to it, however

In general the higher the ink cost of the card, and the more unique the ability, the higher up the rarity chart it will go
