This is a card that I created for the 1996 'Ice Age' expansion for 'Magic the Gathering' card game for Wizards of the Coast early in my career

I'm personally not very shocked about this change

(Older English sets had yellow borders, which many collectors still love for nostalgia!) More accessible in Western markets , especially for tournaments and trading

Compared to the holiday cards of the last few years, Fruitcake Elemental doesn't really do much on the "holiday card scale" I just invented, all of which is more important than the actual rules text on any given holiday card design
